As the Coronavirus continues, producers are still be affected by markets from crops to milk. On September 17, more funding was released for expansion of the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program to help producers. This funding was released to absorb some of the increased marketing costs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
The sign-up process for CFAP 2 applications is from September 21 to December 11, 2020. There are multiple ways to apply for the program. Links to the different ways to apply are below and more specific information about the program. There will be a CFAP 2 Producer Webinar on Thursday, September 24. Link to register for that is below as well.
In order for dairy producers to apply for the program, they will need production records from April 1 to August 31, 2020. Please reach out to any Rolling Hills staff member if you need a copy of those records.
