Rolling Hills wants to give a warm welcome to Bailey Fritsch who was recently hired as a field representative.
Bailey grew up on a 60-cow dairy outside of Cobb, Wisconsin with her parents of Tom and Cheryl Fritsch. Growing up, Bailey was highly active in 4-H and FFA. She exhibited pigs for 11 years at the national, state, county levels. Her love of the swine industry still lives on today as she owns and operates her show pig business, Fritsch Show Pigs.
Her passion for the agriculture industry carried her to pursue a BS in Dairy Science with a certificate in Business Management in Agricultural and Life Sciences. During her time at UW-Madison, she was active in Association of Women in Agriculture (AWA), Saddle and Sirloin, and CALS Ambassadors. Previously, she held positions as Ag/Animal Science Intern with Wisconsin 4-H, Cattle Crew Intern for Biddick’s Inc., and sales intern for TechMix, Global. During her free time, Bailey still enjoys being able to spend time with family and friends, helping youth with showing pigs, and being able to farm alongside her family.
